Our Glen Allen Office Team

Ashley

I have worked as a registered dental hygienist for over 13 years. I have worked in a dental office since I was a sophomore in high school when I took my first job as a dental assistant. This means I have over 21 years of experience in the dental field! I take tremendous pride in helping my patients transition from a state of poor oral health to a state of good to excellent oral health. It’s always my goal to make anxious patients feel comfortable and at ease. I have worked in both offices for over 10 years. I have a beautiful teenage daughter, Kirsten in college. In my free time I enjoy reading, grilling out, and walking my dog, Tiki.

Jennah

As one of our practice’s dental assistants, I prepare our patients for their procedures, ensure the sterility of the treatment areas, and assist the dentists in any way possible. I love to make patients feel comfortable and I do whatever I can to address any concerns they may have. Our office is a wonderful place to work; everyone gets along great and we have a lot of fun! I am originally from the Northern Neck of VA and I moved to Richmond in 2004. I live with my husband, Eric. In my free time I love riding horses, going to the gym, and laying out on the beach. 

Laura 

I am the financial coordinator for our practice, and I assist our patients with the financial aspects of their care so they can get optimum dental health. I have worked in the dental field for over 10 years. My ultimate goal is to help our patients attain beautiful smiles from a great dental visit. I am the proud mother of a beautiful daughter and two wonderful boys. I love to travel and spend all my free time with my children who are very active in sports.

Claudia 

I am the newest member of Dr. Andre’s dental team, I am glad to be part of such an awesome team. As the schedule coordinator I make as easy as possible to come see us and insure that are patients have a pleasant experience as soon as they walk in the door. I love to run and bike on my spare time and enjoy traveling. I also love to spend time with my family and friends and hope to bring my high energy and personable feel to the group.

Our Louisa Office Team

Lisa

As our office manager and financial coordinator for over 8 years, I am responsible for organizational and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. I think of all our patients as individual people and friends, and never just as a number or a name on a chart. I have made some great lasting relationships with many of our patients and I enjoy getting to know them all. We are always happy and laughing at our office. You will be able to tell that we not only love our patients, but this practice as well. I am happily married with two beautiful children and two cats. I spend as much time as possible with my family and I also enjoy playing volleyball and softball.

April

I have been one of Dr. Andre's dental assistants for over 14 years and I provide all kinds of patient care and work in the lab. I love making people comfortable when they’re at the dentist, and I treat all of them with the respect and kindness I would give my own family. I truly enjoy the challenges that each day brings when we restore smiles and give patients confidence. Our doctors are all characters with different skill sets. They enjoy what they do and provide the staff with many opportunities to grow. When I’m not in the office, I’m usually in my kitchen baking and decorating cakes for my family and coworkers!

Courtney

I joined this practice in the fall of 2009 after graduating from the dental hygiene program at Germanna Community College and Northern Virginia Community College. As a hygienist, I love interacting with patients of all ages and backgrounds and I strive to deliver the very best care at every appointment. I am also a certified Spanish/English medical interpreter and work in that role with several healthcare facilities in the area. I have three lovely daughters and a very mischievous puggle! In addition to spending time with my family, I enjoy reading, traveling, and the great outdoors!

Teresa

As a scheduling coordinator, it is my job to make sure that patients are scheduled at a convenient day and time that works with their schedule. I also follow up with patients and make sure their visit at our office was their best dental visit ever! I always greet our patients with a smile and I love seeing them leave with a smile as well. If you want a great dental visit you should visit our office! I guarantee you will laugh, have a great dental visit, and look forward to your next visit with us. I have two wonderful daughters who I love spending time with. I’m also constantly redecorating my home!

Tina

As a dental assistant, I am dedicated to establishing positive and caring relationships with our patients while providing exceptional service and quality dental care. I love developing relationships with patients and making a difference in their lives by helping to meet their dental goals and needs. I also enjoy working with funny, caring, and dedicated people every day. When I’m not in the office, I love to play softball, travel, and anything involving water!
